Refunds

Refunds must be initiated within 24 hours of you receiving the item (if bought online and shipped). Once the rug is shipped back to us and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

*If the item is not returned in it’s original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a restocking fee of $75.00 

Items bought in person at one of our Pop Up Rug Shops are ALL SALES FINAL and no refund will be issued.
